Patrick K. McDonald was born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin on June 5, 1948, and grew up on the farm his family owned and operated for more than 100 years in Lafayette County.  In 1966, he graduated from Holy Name Seminary High School in Madison, WI.  

Thomas P. McDonald was born in Janesville, Wisconsin on December 5, 1980.  In 1999, he graduated from Craig High School.  Three and a half years later, in December 2002, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  

Andrew J. McDonald was born in Janesville, Wisconsin on November 22, 1987.  In 2006, he graduated from Craig High School.  Five and a half years later, in December 2011, he graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and finishing law school.
